• Generate accurate HVAC system quotes tailored to your home
• Create a customer profile and estimate in our service management system (HouseCall Pro)
• Contact you about your quote via your preferred method (phone, text, or email)
• Send you a copy of your estimate for review and approval
• Schedule your free on-site assessment
• Process utility rebates on your behalf

3. Communications Consent

By submitting your information through TrueQuote AI, you consent to receive the following communications from Comfort Pros:

• Email: Your quote confirmation, estimate details, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications related to your HVAC project
• Phone Calls: A representative may call you to discuss your quote, answer questions, and schedule your free on-site assessment
• Text Messages (SMS): Appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and quote-related notifications

4. Information Sharing
