TrueQuote AI is an online HVAC system quoting tool that provides equipment pricing estimates based on property data, system specifications, and Manual J load calculations. Quotes are generated using AHRI-certified equipment configurations and current pricing.
Prices displayed are for standard installation and include the equipment, labor, permits, and warranties described. The price shown is the price you pay for standard installation — no hidden fees or bait-and-switch tactics. Additional work such as framing, drywall, new ducting, return upsizing, or optional accessories (hard-start kits, soft-start kits, surge protectors, or extended labor warranties) are not included but are available at a discounted rate during installation and may be financed if purchased at that time. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment by a licensed technician.
All quotes are subject to verification through a free on-site assessment. This visit confirms ductwork condition, electrical capacity, access requirements, and load calculation accuracy. Your equipment price will not change unless site conditions require additional work beyond standard installation.
All installations include a 2-Year Labor Warranty and 10-Year Manufacturer Parts Warranty (with equipment registration). Extended Labor Warranties (10-year parts and labor coverage) are available for purchase. Warranty terms are subject to manufacturer requirements and proper system maintenance.
Financing is provided by third-party lenders (Optimus Financial and Wisetack). Comfort Pros does not make credit decisions. All financing terms, rates, and approvals are determined by the respective lender. Prequalification uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. Final approval may require a hard credit inquiry.
Utility rebates (SRP, APS, SCE, LADWP, etc.) are applied to pricing when applicable and filed on your behalf by Comfort Pros. Rebate availability and amounts are subject to change by the utility company. Federal tax credits (IRA 25C) may apply to qualifying equipment — Comfort Pros provides documentation but does not provide tax advice.
TrueQuote AI provides estimates based on available property data and user-provided information. Comfort Pros is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party property data (RentCast, Google, public records) or user-provided information. The Manual J load calculation is a simplified estimate — professional verification is performed during the on-site assessment.
Comfort Pros is a licensed, bonded, and insured HVAC contractor. All installations are performed by or under the supervision of licensed technicians and are subject to city/county permit and inspection requirements.
